SkyPro Oulu is a programme developing a top level centre of expertise in the Oulu Region in Northern Finland in the field of air purification. SkyPro Oulu concentrates in combining the know-how and expertise of air-related actors in the Oulu Region and bringing science into products. puu.jpg
SkyPro Oulu develops the interface between the air related research, represented by actors such as University of Oulu, and the high technology companies such as Ehovoc Ltd, focusing in VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) treatment, Ecocat Ltd (substrates and catalytic converters), and Proventia (emission control).

SkyPro Oulu programme includes a three-year project 2008-11, coordinated by the University of Oulu, to build up the Air Purification Research Centre especially to meet the needs of the industry.
